Paul Hyde has joined AECOM Russia as its new Country Manager. He moves from Kazakhstan where he led the AECOM business in the fields of design, planning and engineering, and also project and cost management services. He has over 20 years' experience in construction as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, working for contractors, consultants and developers. His experience covers aviation, rail, water, highways, hotels, corporate real estate, government, retail as well as working with lenders and investors on a global level. This includes aspects of management, including cost advice, procurement, project controls and performance improvement.


Maria Stolnikova has been appointed Business Development Director in the Strategic Consulting group of CBRE. She is responsible for business development in the strategic consulting department and management of  consulting projects. She has extensive experience in realizing consulting projects for retail and residential real estate. She specializes in the analysis of market feasibility, highest and best use analysis, development of concepts and internal planning solutions for projects. From 2008, she was a director in the real estate management department the investment and development company VI Holding. Before that she worked as a senior consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Consulting department in Moscow. She has a degree in economics from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.


Nikolay Kazanskiy, Managing Director, and Vladislav Ryabov, Director of the Industrial & Warehouse Department, have been named partners at Colliers. Kazanskiy was appointed Managing Director of Colliers International Russia in October 2012, after 10 years with the company. Vladislav Ryabov joined Colliers International in 2006 and has been Director of the Warehouse Department since 2009. Colliers' main shareholder, Canada's FirstService Corporation, announced new partners after Colliers strengthened its position on the Russian commercial real estate market. 

Marina Tolstosheeva (nee Yakshina) has been appointed Regional Director and Head of the Property Management Department in Russia, for Colliers. She will be responsible for further developing property management with a special focus on retail projects. She has been involved in management consulting and property management for nearly a decade and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). She previously worked at Jones Lange LaSalle, where she was an Associate Director with a focus on property management. 

Cushman & Wakefield

Kseniya Revenko has been promoted to Deputy Head of the Office Department. Her responsibilities include marketing and leasing office projects, landlord and tenant relations, lease negotiations, market research and the promotion of new projects, such as Evolution Tower in Moskva-City.
She has more than 13 years' experience in real estate development and consulting. She founded and co-owned real estate company Property Club and, before that, launched her career at Knight Frank.

Knight Frank

Maria Zimina has been appointed Director of Corporate Client Group for the offices department of Knight Frank Moscow. She will manage the tenant representation team and work with corporate clients on lease and sale transactions. She has worked as a consultant for more than nine years for companies including S.A. Ricci and Jones Lang LaSalle.  She is a graduate of Moscow State Law Academy and Novosibirsk State University.
