Anna Khlyzova has been appointed Associate Director in the retail team of CBRE. She is responsible for developing a new business line that is aimed at increasing the profitability of shopping centers.
She began her career in retail real estate 11 years ago, and worked until 2010 for the electronic and household appliances group Eldorado, leaving as head of commercial property. Over 400 stores were opened across Russia under Anna Khlyzova's management and more than 50 stores were opened in Ukraine. Over 59 properties and 12 land plots were acquired with Anna's active participation. Eldorado's real estate portfolio increased to more than 60 000 square meters.
She graduated from South Ural State University with a specialization in credit and finance. In 2008 Anna completed the course, valuation of investment projects, in Ernst & Young Academy of Business.

Svetlana Shorina has been promoted to the position of Director of Valuation group in the Strategic Consulting & Valuation department.
She joined CBRE in August 2012 from Jones Lang LaSalle where she was  Associate Director in a similar role. She has over 10 years experience in valuation, including residential and commercial real estate, land plots for integrated development, financial analysis and business valuation. Her advice informs IPOs, IFRS, loan security, purchase and sale. She has participated in valuation for leading Russian and International companies such as Atrium Real Estate, Olympic City, IMMOFINANZ, AFI Development, METRO Properties, Regions Development, EBRD and others.

Hike Papoyan has been appointed Director of the Regional Project department at CBRE Russia and CIS, within the Global Corporate Services department.
He has been employed by CBRE as a Consultant within the GCS business line since September 2006. Since then, he has built a successful career in brokerage. His specialties include transaction management, risk management, search and acquisition.

Jones Lang LaSalle

Tim Millard has joined the company as Regional Director, Head of the Advisory Group. He is in charge of Strategic Consulting, Valuations and the Hotels & Hospitality Group.
A former Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield, Russia & CIS, he has worked in the real estate market in Russia since 2003. At Cushman & Wakefield, Russia & CIS, he set up the company's Valuation and Development Consultancy business lines and ran the team for five years. In 2006 he was named C&W Global Valuation Manager of the Year. As of 2009 he acted as Chief Operating Officer in C&W Moscow Office, then from 2010 until 2012 as Managing Partner for Russia and CIS.
He is an associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a founding member of RICS Russia. He has a degree in Land Economics from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University. In 2001-2002 he took MBA at Business School Lausanne specializing in Corporate Finance.

David Jenkins has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Head of Hotels & Hospitality, Russia & CIS.
He has spent almost 25 years in the hospitality and hotel industry with a particular focus on Russia. Starting his Moscow career in hotel operations with Starwood, he moved to Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 1997. During his almost 10-year tenure he has occupied a variety of positions in the three Moscow Marriott hotels, culminating in a three-year role as Director of Operations for the Marriott Aurora Hotel. In 2006 he moved into hospitality consulting, helping to establish the Horwath HTL Moscow office as its country director. In 2008 he joined DTZ to open the company's Russian Hospitality office, subsequently leaving in May 2010 to set up the hospitality practice at Cushman & Wakefield Russia.
At Jones Lang LaSalle he is managing the Hotels & Hospitality Group for Russia & CIS, leading its consulting and investment projects and securing new mandates.

Sergey Vladimirov has joined as Head of Capital Markets, St. Petersburg. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle he worked at Jensen Group, the leading investment firm in the region.
His has more than seven years' experience in the commercial real estate sector is for more than seven years, including five years in Moscow office of Jones Lang LaSalle. He contributed towards Jones Lang LaSalle's key Capital Markets projects, the sale of SEC Galeria in St. Petersburg, which was the largest investment transaction in Russia up to the end of 2012. He also played a role in the sale of the Lesnaya Plaza and Bakhrushin House business centers in Moscow.

Leonid Volokh and Olga Zorina have been appointed Directors of the Property & Facility Management Department, a new department which will work alongside the existing Retail Property Management department.
These services are aimed at enhancing the quality and investment value of real estate, serving residential and commercial real estate, including managing tenant relations, finance and legal services as well as working with governmental authorities and utility suppliers.

Leonid Zakharov has been appointed Head of Strategic Consulting in St. Petersburg. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle he worked at Knight Frank St. Petersburg for more than 6 years. He will continue to develop Strategic Consulting services in St. Petersburg, coordinate the work of the department, be responsible for the attracting new clients and will lead JLL's consulting projects in the North-West region. He has over 10 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate market in St. Petersburg. He specializes in concept development, business planning, investment and technical consulting.
