CBRE

Lidia Davydova has been appointed a Director in the Capital Markets Department of CBRE. She will focus on debt financing for developers and landlords of commercial real estate including sale & leaseback financing. She has experience in commercial and investment banking and with the regulator, the Central Bank of Russia. She was responsible for the origination of trade, structured and export finance and also for international syndicated loans, capital and equity markets finance.
Before joining CBRE she worked for Troika Dialog as Director of IB, responsible for FI Sector Coverage. She has degrees from the University for Foreign Languages, as well as from the State Academy of Finance with specialization in International Economy.

Dmitriy Filin has taken the roll of Director of Property Management, CBRE, Russia. He oversees will oversee property management across Russia as well and provide support to CBRE's clients. He has over 20 years' experience in property and asset management. Prior to joining CBRE, he was the operations director at Galleria Shopping Center in Saint Petersburg. He started his career in 1993 working at Hines International as a tenant coordinator and was ultimately promoted to operations director.

Andrey Novikov has been appointed a Director in the Capital Markets Department of CBRE. He will oversee execution of company's deals as well as new business development. Prior to CBRE, he worked for private equity fund Da Vinci Capital Management. As a Director, he was responsible for existing investment portfolio and analysis of new investment opportunities mainly in Russia and Ukraine; deal execution and operational management. He has advised on a wide variety of cross border transactions and disposals. He graduated from Moscow Financial Academy, faculty of Finance in 2002. In 1997–1998 Andrey studied finance in the University of Idaho, USA. He is a CFA charter holder.

Mikhail Rogozhin has moved with his RTK Group to CBRE. He founded RTK in 2010 to provide consultancy on retail and mixed-use properties. The team comprizes eight people, including Associate Directors Nadezhda Tsvetkova, Anastasia Sharkova and Evgeniy Obolentsev and a team of consultants. They specialize in developing shopping centre concepts, securing tenants and advising on and negotiating commercial terms. Prior to founding RTK, Mikhail Rogozhin was Deputy Head of the Retail Department for Jones Lang LaSalle. Members of the team have a broad background including working for Chizhov Gallery Center Management Company, Cushman & Wakefield and Ikea Moscow.

Leonid Volokh has been appointed head of the property management department at CBRE in Russia. His responsibilities include managing and developing its portfolio across all segments of commercial real estate, including office, warehouse and retail.
The Department of Real Estate Management works with clients in Moscow and many other regions of the Russian Federation and provides services for the management and operation of commercial real estate, from the design, construction and acceptance of the facility, as well as providing operating an object.

Colliers International Russia

Robert Mayhew has been appointed Executive Director, Valuation and Consulting Department of Colliers International Russia. He leads a team of 30 professionals. He has two decades of experience in the valuation field, across more than 25 countries. He has spent most of the past decade in central and eastern Europe. Immediately prior to rejoining Colliers he was a regional director for Jones Lang LaSalle working from London and Warsaw. He began his career in real estate with Colliers in London in 1989. He is a global vice-president of RICS and acting Chairman of RICS Europe World Regional Board.

Ekaterina Podlesnykh has been appointed the Head of Street Retail Property Department for Colliers. She has more than decade's experience in commercial real estate, having begun her career with Jones Lang LaSalle. In 2009 she became deputy director of commercial real estate for Knight Frank, working in business development, building the customer base and managing projects, including a concept mall and directly leased mall. She has worked closely with retail companies ranging from cellular operators, supermarkets, specialist food shops, restaurants and sports equipment suppliers.

Vladimir Sergunin has been appointed Regional Director of Investment for Colliers International in Russia. He was previously Director of Investments and Consulting, based in St Petersburg. In his new position he is responsible for the development of investment services in Moscow, St Petersburg and Russia's regions. He graduated from St Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics, specializing in marketing and production management and holds a master's degree in finance and business administration from Bedford University in the UK. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute.

Cushman & Wakefield

Toğrul Gönden has been appointed Managing Partner for Cushman & Wakefield in Turkey. He was previously Director and Head of Retail Property & Asset Management for Jones Lang LaSalle in Russia. Educated in Germany, the United States and Spain, he has gained international property experience working in Germany, Turkey and Russia. He is a partner, a member of the Turkish board of directors and head of the Turkish office, specializing in industrial property.


Jones Lang LaSalle

Thomas Devonshire-Griffin, the Head of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed a member of the Board of Directors. Devonshire-Griffin joined Jones Lang LaSalle Moscow in January 2008 and was approved as a regional director in 2012. He worked previously as head of the investment department of King Sturge in Prague, from 2004. He has experience working with international investment funds and property companies. Highlights of the past year include the sale of the shopping and entertainment center, Galeria, in St Petersburg.

Natalia Tischendorf is promoted to Head of Corporate Finance for Russia and CIS at Jones Lang LaSalle. She has worked as a National Director in the Capital Markets department, where she has closed several major transactions. She joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005.  Her new role involves helping domestic and international companies raise equity and attract senior debt financing and construction investment. She also advises on the broad commercial market as well as on structuring deals. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, she worked on financial strategy and business development for  international companies like Raiffeisen and BASF.
