Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer

International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer welcomes new partners to the Moscow office.

Sergei Diyachenko has been elected partner of the firm starting May 1, 2011. He will lead our Russian oil and gas and mining practice. Sergei joined the firm in 1997, and since then has gained solid experience advising major Russian and international petroleum and mining companies on a broad range of projects.

Partner Sebastian Lawson moved to the Moscow office in April 2011. Sebastian has been a partner since 2009. He was based in the firm’s London and Vienna offices, advising on CEE/CIS matters. Sebastian is an English-qualified solicitor and specialises in M&A and capital market transactions.

Neil Radford, a partner at the firm’s London office, will start working in Moscow in May this year. Neil specializes in corporate law and capital market transactions. He has been a partner since 1998. In 2005-2007 he was based in the firm’s Shanghai office.
