The Moscow office of Gide Loyrette Nouel (УGLNФ) is pleased to announce that it is strengthening its Russian practice with the key strategic hire of two partners.

Boris Arkhipov joined as head of the GLN Corporate and M&A practice in Russia. Boris has vast expertise in corporate law and has advised on cross-border transactions across the natural resources, mining, telecommunications, media, retail and IT sectors both in Russia and internationally.  He holds a law degree and a PhD in law from Moscow State University and an LL.M. from the University of Warwick. Boris joined the firm from Hogan Lovells.  

Alexander Dolgov joined the firm as head of the GLN Projects and Capital Markets practices in Russia. He will further develop the first-tier ranked PPP practice of GLN Russia, adding significant value given his broad experience in project finance. Alexander has also been extensively advising on debt capital markets transactions and derivatives, as well as pioneering securitizations in Russia. He holds a law degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) and an LL.M. from University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College.  Alexander previously worked for Allen & Overy.
