Promotions in Freshfields' Moscow office

Freshfields is pleased to announce that Mikhail Loktionov has been appointed managing partner of the Moscow office and Innokenty Ivanov has been elected a partner of the firm.
Mikhail Loktionov is head of the Russian capital markets, banking and finance practice group. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2005. Mikhail is a graduate of Moscow State University and the University of Illinois (US). He is qualified to practise law in Russia, England and New York.
Innokenty Ivanov specialises in corporate and commercial law and infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships. He joined the firm in 1994. A graduate of the Moscow State Law Academy, he holds a PhD in law from the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences and an LLM from Goethe University, Frankfurt.
