Alexander Kravtsov was appointed Vice President and Head of Client Services in the Moscow office of The PBN Company, the leading strategic communications firm specializing in Russia and the CIS.

This is a return engagement for Alexander who held senior positions in PBN's Washington, Kyiv and Moscow offices from 1994-98. Alexander's encore engagement follows two years overseeing Basic Element's international communications strategy across Asia, Europe and North America. He previously served for four years as Director of Communications at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia.

Alexander has an undergraduate degree in Philology from Moscow State University and a master's degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.).
