Best Business Center


The Bolshevik business center is located on the site of the legendary confectionery factory of the same name, near Belorusskaya metro station. The owners of the project, the company O1 Properties and Tactics Group, bought the factory building in 2012. The project was developed by the London-based architectural firm John McAslan + Partners. The business center is located on six acres and envisages the construction of 80,000 square meters of class A office space.

This year, the first tenants moved into the Bolshevik business center. These were the Russian representative offices of the agencies Leo Burnett, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom MediaVest, ZenithOptimedia, the VivaKi Media Exchange group and a subsidiary of Re:Sources, which belong to the French advertising and communications holding company Publicis Groupe. They have settled in the historic building of the former candy factory on the first line of the complex.

By the end of 2016, the Bolshevik complex of buildings will be completely transformed into a modern cultural and business center which will house, in addition to the business center, a museum of Russian impressionism, cafes, restaurants and shops.


The Evolution Tower is built in the “Moscow City” business area on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. It is located on a corner plot with views of the historical center of Moscow. It is the tallest tower in the world made of cold-glazing, measuring 255 meters in height. The 53-story corkscrew building has a spiral pattern with glass paneling, with three degrees of rotation on each floor and a total rotation reaching 159 degrees clockwise. From the panoramic viewing platforms you can see almost all of Moscow.

The first phase of construction, a 3-level shopping and entertainment center, was put into operation in May 2013. Below the first floor is a pedestrian zone connecting the metro and Bagration bridge. It is designed for shopping malls, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and banquet rooms. On the ground level, occupying an area of 6,000 square meters, is a family theme park called “Masterclavl”. On the second underground level is a parking lot.

The total floor area measures 154,000 square meters. Leasable area measures 64,000 square meters. Retail space measures 21,000 square meters.

The only resident of Evolution is supposed to be the Transneft, which bought the tower in November 2014 for a Moscow market record of 8 billion rubles.


The Technopolis “Moscow” is located on Volgogradsky Prospect, occupying a total area of 30 hectares. Currently, building ¹5 with total area of 220,000 square meters is operational. There is a modern logistics center (2,000 square meters), clean rooms, designed for companies working in the field of microelectronics and biotechnology (7,500 square meters), and also a modern convention center (2,100 square meters), which can accommodate up to 600 people at a time.

At the end of 2014 an office block with a total area of 7,000 square meters was launched. A complex of offices and service areas totaling 23,000 square meters will be ready for operation in the first half of 2016. 19,000 square meters are made up of class B office space and 4,000 square meters of service infrastructure: a cafe, restaurant, bank, fitness center, a service store, all-day child care center, a notary, and others. There are 14 floors in total. The floors are divided into open-plan office blocks starting from 200 square meters.

Among the residents of Technopolis are "Composite" Holding Company, "Crocus Nanoelectronics" (a division of "Crocus Technology "), and storage for the Polytechnic Museum.

Dominion Tower Business Centre

The Dominion Tower business center opened in September 2015. This is the first facility in Moscow designed by the award-winning Zaha Hadid, the only female winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. The building is located in the Dubrovka region, on Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Ulitsa, at the junction of three administrative districts of Moscow: the Central, South and Southeast districts.

As conceived by the developers, the business center will become the architectural centerpiece of the area and initiate the development of a new business cluster in this part of Moscow.

The building consists of seven floors and is built in the avant-garde style typical of Zaha Hadid, which changes the traditional conception of space and architectural geometry.

Dominion Tower is totally different from the typical business center: a glass dome, a dynamic complex shape with protruding panels, first hanging, then retreating inland, create the illusion of movement and make it hover above the ground. The facade is covered in white aluminium-composite panels that change hue depending on the angle of sight and degree of illumination. The dimensions of the building are transparent and through them you can see outside to the territory in front of the business center where a square has been erected, open to all comers.

The total area is about 22,000 square meters, with office premises taking up 9,700 square meters. Construction of the Dominion Tower business center began in 2008, investment in the project amounted to 2.3 billion rubles ($37.5 million), with a payback period of 10 years.

Nagatino i-Land

Nagatino i-Land business park is the second largest town planning office project (after Moscow City), and the country's first banking cluster. It is located on the former grounds of ZIL, in the western part of the Nagatinsky floodplain, on a peninsula. It is bounded on three sides by the Moscow River, and on the fourth by Prospect Andropov, a transport highway leading from downtown to Domodedovo airport. The project is being implemented in stages: the first stage was built in 2010 and consists of six Class B+ office buildings with a total area of 210,980 square meters. Among the residents of the business park are Raiffeisen Bank, Alfa-Bank, UniCredit Bank, Investtorgbank and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.

In the fall of 2015 the construction of another 34,000 square meters was completed with the first project of the second phase of development, and the "Technopark" metro station will open in December on the territory of Nagatino i-Land.

In 2006, the amount of investment in the industrial park, where the plan was to build about 1 million square metres of office space, was estimated at $1 billion, of which $240-300 million was to be spent on the first phase. This year, the decision was made to adjust these plans on account of the crisis on the commercial real estate market. The new concept for the development of Nagatino i-Land envisages the construction of housing, social facilities and recreational space. The total area of new facilities will be about 550,000 square meters. Work is forecast to begin in 2016 and the end of construction in 2020.
