Massive Diamond Found in Far East Mine

Russia's diamond monopoly Alrosa has unearthed a massive diamond in the Far East with a weight of 235.15 carats, the company said Wednesday.
The diamond was dug up in late September at a minefield in the Sakha republic, Alrosa said in a press release that included a photograph of the uncut stone.
The jewel, with dimensions of 42 by 26 by 28 millimeters, will have a yellowish color and is expected to sell for $1.5 million to $2 million after it is processed
