LUKoil Buys Austrian Lubricants Business

LUKoil has purchased Austrian company OMV's lubricants business and will take over its operations in nine European countries, a blending plant in Austria and the "Bixxol" brand name, Interfax reported. (MT)

Poland Turns to Coal
