Volvo Breaks Ground on Truck Plant

Swedish Volvo Group is investing 783 million Swedish kronor ($117 million) to build a plant that will begin production of 15,000 truck cabs per year from 2014 in Kaluga, a city to the southwest of Moscow, the head of Volvo Group Trucks in Russia, Peter Andersson, said at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant on Tuesday, Interfax reported.
