A Moscow metro driver has died from an electric shock at Orekhovo station on the Green Line, a news report said Tuesday.
The 29-year-old was getting out of the train at the end of his shift when he accidentally made contact with a live wire, Interfax reported, citing a police source.
The incident occurred at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
An ambulance team arrived shortly after the incident, but were unable to resuscitate him.
