Minister Proposes Appointing Former Tele2 Head as Russian Post CEO

The Communications and Press Ministry has proposed that the government replace Russian Post CEO Alexander Kiselyov with Dmitry Strashnov, a former CEO of Tele2 Russia, Izvestia reported Thursday, citing a government source. (MT)
