Chef's Secrets: Summer Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:

290g Bulgarian pepper
75g garlic
800g yogurt
3g salt
3g white peppercorns


In a blender, combine the peeled garlic and Bulgarian pepper to form a homogenous mass. Add yogurt, salt and ground peppercorns, and mix. Refrigerate.
