Beef Baked With Cheese, Onion and Tomato

A recipe from Homemadecafe's head chef Sergei Poletayev.

150g beef sirloin
1 tomato
1 onion
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt, pepper to taste

The beef sirloin should be cut in one piece against the grain.
Chop the onion into strips and steam.
Lay the onion and tomato slices on the meat, pour mayonnaise over it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place in the oven and cook until a rosy crust forms.
Serve with fresh tomatoes and dill.
